Leveraging Preinstallation Environments (On-Demand Webinar)

A PreInstallation environment is a minimal install of Windows that is small enough to quickly start from removable media, and can also be used as a recovery console when there is trouble getting Windows started. Windows PE is Microsoft's offering in this area which serves as a valuable tool for Windows administrators, but alternative options, such as BartPE, may resolve some restrictions deliberately imposed by Microsoft's Windows PE offering. This webinar presents background on each tool, along with strengths and weaknesses of each before providing step-by-step demonstrations.
