Windows Installer Error 1322

A portion of the folder path '[2]' is invalid. It is either empty or exceeds the length allowed by the system.

Femi Akinsola writes, "This error is mainly associated with errors in the Directory Table. It is important to ensure that all entries in the directory table are correct."

I got this error more than once when installing Citrix Program Neighborhood (aka Citrix ICA Client, Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server Client). One time, it turned out that it was necessary to delete a Property (See the article for Citrix ICA Client 9.x). The other time, a property that contained a path, was missing a backslash, e.g. Program Files\Citrix instead of the correct way Program Files\Citrix\. After adding the backslash to the property, the error went away.
