Windows Installer Error 1303

The Installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: [2].

Check %windir%\Installer (normally C:\Windows\Installer) for cached copies of MST's, MSP's and MSI's relating to the product you are trying to install. The subject property of each file should contain its product name. Delete all MST's MSP's and MSI's and retry the installation.
