Windows Installer Error 1406

Could not write value [2] to key [3]. System error [4].

If the value (2) is VersionMajor, make sure the ProductVersion you have specified does not contain any letters and is properly formatted. Proper format: aa.bb.cccc.dddd (aa and bb: max value is 255, cccc and dddd: max value is 65535).

The system error (4) should help further identify the error; its value equates to a Win32 error code.
