Windows Installer Error 1327

Invalid Drive

If a drive or directory listed in the Directory Table is not available during installation, Windows Installer will halt with this error even if it is not actually used as a destination path.

One common cause of this problem is when users have drives mapped to different locations than expected by your installation. To correct the problem, simply edit the directory table to remove any rows for directories that are not being used by your package.

InstallShield provides additional details on this error here.

Invalid Drive H:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders]

Change everything pointing to h: to c:

This solution may not work for everyone.
