I am using FF3.6.8, running on an HP Pavilion dv8000, 1 mb ram, win xp sp3.  I really like the concept of sandboxing.  I learned of your product through Kim Komando.  I downloaded the program and nothing happened.  I restarted my system and nothing happened. I deleted the program, restarted and reloaded the program and nothing happens.  I do not get the gray frame around my browser.
I hope there is something I can do to make this work.

Are you seeing any errors when installing? When successfully installed you should see a "Secure Browser (Firefox)" shortcut and this is the shortcut needed to start the Secure Browser and see the gray frame around the browser. Note too that if you are full screen or have the application window too close to the top of your display you may not be able to see it.

Thank you Bob, my browser was too big.  FF is permitted to access the internet, but it is not working.  in a separate non-sandbox browser it works fine.  I get a "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at my.yahoo.com."  I tried half a dozen bookmarked links and none of them work.  I am so excited about secure browsing.  Even with all my efforts at security, a trojan or something got into my system, and windows update would not work.  That is all better and I am up to date.  I am using Norton 360 from my isp, Comcast for security.

I've never seen this myself and have not heard such a problem accessing the Internet before so I'm guessing it has to do with your security configuration. Out of curiousity, and just for troubleshooting, could you try disabling each of your additional security applications one at a time to identify which is the culpret? If we can identify where the problem lies we can either work around it, or at least offer a recommended configuation to allow it to run as expected.
